COLD

 

  • Selection of Sushi
  • Mini Prawn Cocktail accompanied by a lime & dill mayonnaise
  • Hot Smoked Royal Tasmanian Salmon, chilled on buckwheat blinis with sour cream
  • Asian Barbequed duck or Pork Wraps

 

WARM

 

  • Banana Prawn skewers with Chili Pesto Sauce
  • Chicken skewer marinated in Smoked Agridulce Pimento
  • Mini Beef fillet wrapper in prosciutto, served on Israeli cous cous and drizzled with a Somerillo dressing

 

DESSERT

 

  • Double Chocolate mud slice
  • Bite size pastry cases with caramel and Macadamia nut filling
  • Fresh Fruit (seasonal) skewers
  • Profiteroles filled with Grand Marnier Cream
  • Mini Style apple crumble
  • Mini cream Brule with berry couli
  • Fresh strawberry  with Natural Yoghurt and Brown Sugar
  • Strawberries dipped in chocolate

Staff is charged at $30.00 per hour per staff (ex. GST)

Most of the items can / are cooked and finished by the chef at the venue (either in the kitchen or in front of your guests), for freshness and continuous flow of food
